How does the free quote work?
Enter your vehicle registration, your postcode and your WhatsApp number. We look the vehicle up, check the job against our price list and send you a written price on WhatsApp — usually within minutes during opening hours. There is no charge and no obligation to book.
Which registration number do I enter?
The number plate of the car you want us to work on — for example AB12 CDE. It tells us the make, model, engine and year so the parts and price we quote are correct for your exact vehicle.
How quickly will you reply?
Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 19:00 we normally reply within a few minutes. Requests sent overnight or on Sunday are answered first thing the next working morning.
Do you really come to my home or work?
Yes. Our mobile workshop covers Ilford and the surrounding East London and Essex-border postcodes. We can work on your driveway, in a car park or on a residential street where it is safe and legal to do so.
Is mobile service more expensive?
No. Labour is charged at the same rate as the garage. Any call-out charge is always shown in your quote before you accept it.
Are you insured and qualified?
Yes — we are a fully insured business and our technicians have main-dealer and independent workshop experience, with manufacturer-level diagnostic equipment.
What warranty do I get?
12 months on parts we supply and on our workmanship, subject to normal wear items being used as intended. Your invoice is your warranty record.
How do you price a job?
A fixed written quote before we start, covering parts and labour. If we find extra work while the vehicle is with us, we stop, call you and only continue once you have approved the revised price.
